01 Introduction

04 Account Registration

You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein.

During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete details is grounds for immediate Account suspension. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity recorded under your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you. Notify dmcslot immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and selected card providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

dmcslot does not accept deposits from payment instruments that are not registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party sources will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, any active wagering requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• eWallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes once approved.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes once approved.

5.3 Currency and Fees

dmcslot does not charge an internal fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any currency conversion costs where applicable.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available by dmcslot are subject to these Terms and to the specific conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific conditions prevail.

• Wagering / Rollover: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer (e.g., X10, X15, X20) before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While bonus funds remain active, individual stakes typically may not exceed MYR 250–500 per bet or spin. Stakes above the stated cap may void the bonus.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; table games, live dealer and certain other formats may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Contribution rates are disclosed in each offer's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or fully wagered within the specified window (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days) will expire automatically and be removed from your Account.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds.
• Sticky bonuses: Where a bonus is designated "sticky", the bonus principal is not itself withdrawable; only net winnings derived from wagering may be cashed out.

dmcslot reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional terms, including multi-accounting or systematic exploitation of bonus structures, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. These general provisions apply across all verticals:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation after market closure is not possible except where stated in the specific rules.
• In the event of technical malfunction, disputed results or clear pricing errors, dmcslot reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
• Football markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions and other international tournaments — are subject to the standard settlement rules displayed at the time of placing.
• For UFC, combat sports and other fixed-odds markets, bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• Mix Parlay selections require all chosen legs to win for the full return to be paid; specific rules regarding postponed or abandoned legs are detailed within the Mix Parlay section.
• dmcslot reserves the right to impose stake limits, restrict market access or close accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening, operating or using multiple Accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using software, scripts, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or wagering results.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.
• Charging back legitimate deposits or otherwise disputing valid transactions.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or similar circumvention technology.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes for financial gain.

Where a breach is identified, dmcslot may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, withhold any Balance pending investigation, report the matter to relevant authorities and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

09 Identity Verification (KYC)

dmcslot is required to verify the identity of its users in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations. KYC checks may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point determined by our compliance team.

Documents typically requested include:

• A valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, driver's licence or passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (bank statement, utility bill or equivalent official document).

13 Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded in full under applicable Malaysian law, dmcslot's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual in nature) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English, with the arbitral award being final and enforceable.

15 Amendments to These Terms
